The majority of employees conform to company policies and procedures and have a genuine desire to do a good job. On occasion though, even good employees make mistakes, and need to be given direction.
In this session we will discuss the process of Progressive Discipline and look at:
- The escalating levels of discipline
- General guidelines of what offense equals which level
- How to ensure proper documentation and investigations into incidents
- The suspension and or termination process.
We will look at helpful guidelines for those needing to implement a policy and recommendations on how to strengthen existing polices. The presentation will offer many practical applications as we walk through several case studies.
