Event Description

Assertiveness is often mistaken for aggression but this is not the case.

This workshop will allow workers and supervisors alike to understand the importance of being assertive and establishing workplace boundaries. When everyone in the workplace has a clear understanding of what is expected and how they will be treated, there is no room for misunderstandings.

Learn how to communicate with others and establish your own bill of rights.

  • Awareness of effective boundaries
  • Understanding assertiveness role in a healthy workplace
  • Steps to being assertive
