Tables, Pictures and Autotext 

 

This interactive intermediate course explores the visual and structural aspects of Word documents, empowering you to enrich your work with tables, images, and automation tools. You'll learn to insert and format objects such as shapes, images, and SmartArt, organize content with multi-level and bulleted lists, and employ page and section breaks for advanced layout control. The course guides you through creating, editing, and formatting tables, applying references like endnotes and citations, and adding captions to images. You'll also discover how to generate tables of contents and indexes, as well as create and manage QuickParts and building blocks for greater productivity.

Delivery Methods: Virtual with Zoom Meetings or In-Person/Classroom delivery available.

Course Fee Includes:  Access to the course, course materials, and a digital certificate upon completion. 

 

This course is delivered in partnership with local and provincial construction associations across Canada. You may be participating with a group of industry peers from multiple regions.

Sharing a single registration between two or more individuals is not permitted. Please register each person that will be in attendance.

Refund Policy

COURSE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:

Cancellations received at least 14 business days prior to the course will result in a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 business days but more than 7 full business days prior to the course are subject to an administration fee of $100 per day for full and half-day seminars, or $25 for breakfast sessions.

Registrants who do not show up for a course, and/or who do not notify CITN at least 7 full business days prior to the course date will be assessed the full cost of the course. There will be no refunds or credits in this case.

 

Substitution of attendees is permitted up to and including the day of the course.

 

COURSE CANCELLATION BY CITN:

 

CITN may have to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, in which case CITN’s liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
