Description
The Red Seal Challenge Program for Painter and Decorators is designed to develop the theoretical and practical knowledge of experienced Painter and Decorators to prepare them to successfully challenge the Red Seal exam and build their understanding of the trade.
Over 14 weeks, participants will work through the course content of Levels 1, 2, and 3, with online courses, virtual classroom sessions, video demonstrations, and optional in-person labs to ensure that all learning styles are supported.
Each week, participants will work through online self-paced modules in their own time, and have access to twice-weekly Zoom classes (one hour each) which are led by our highly experienced instructor. These classes are where participants can ask questions about the online self-paced learning, and discuss skills, techniques and concepts which may come up in their work or in the exam.
There will also be optional in-person labs held in the lower mainland of BC for those who can/wish to attend. These will be held on Saturday mornings (three in total) - information about these will be communicated to participants once the program has started.
Participants will not need to take time off work for this program.
