Description

Self-leadership means knowing who you are, recognizing your patterns of behaviour and what shapes them, and being able to manage emotions when working with others.  Old habits die hard – understanding who you are leads to a stronger ability to create new and empowering habits.

This workshop opens the doors to self-awareness by uncovering how life experiences and other factors inform who we are and how we relate to others.  It provides skills and knowledge for understanding and managing our emotions, so we can lead ourselves more effectively through different situations and foster positive relationships.

Note Kwela Cancellation Policy: 

Please note the following fee schedule for cancellations received:

  • 15 or more calendar days in advance:                   full refund less $25 administration fee
  • 7-14 calendar days in advance:                              50% of course fee
  • Less than 7 calendar days / No show:                   100% of course fee
  • Substituting a colleague if you cannot make it:    no charge*
  • If Kwela cancels a course for any reason:              full refund
Cancellation &
Refund Policy

COURSE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:

Cancellations received at least 14 business days prior to the course will result in a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 business days but more than 7 full business days prior to the course are subject to an administration fee of $100 per day for full and half-day seminars, or $25 for breakfast sessions.

Registrants who do not show up for a course, and/or who do not notify BCRB at least 7 full business days prior to the course date will be assessed the full cost of the course. There will be no refunds or credits in this case.

Substitution of attendees is permitted up to and including the day of the course.

 

COURSE CANCELLATION BY BCRB:

BCRB may have to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, in which case BCRB's liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
