Project Multiple Projects and Templates Course

Coordinate multiple Microsoft Project plans with master projects, shared resources and reusable templates. Learn to see resource conflicts across projects and build reports that help a wider team plan its work.

 

What you will work on

  • Build master projects and add subprojects
  • Link tasks between subprojects
  • Create and manage shared resource pools
  • Review and level overallocated resources
  • Build reports across projects
  • Two-week look-ahead and cash-flow reports
  • Create, organise and use templates
  •

Delivery Method: Virtual Session – Zoom Meetings
Course Fee Includes: Access to the course, course materials, and a digital certificate upon completion.


This course is delivered in partnership with local and provincial construction associations across Canada. You will be participating with a group of industry peers from multiple regions.


Sharing a single registration between two or more individuals is not permitted. Please register each person who will be in attendance.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy

COURSE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:

Cancellations received at least 14 business days prior to the course will result in a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 business days but more than 7 full business days prior to the course are subject to an administration fee of $100 per day for full and half-day seminars, or $25 for breakfast sessions.

Registrants who do not show up for a course, and/or who do not notify BCRB at least 7 full business days prior to the course date will be assessed the full cost of the course. There will be no refunds or credits in this case.

Substitution of attendees is permitted up to and including the day of the course.

 

COURSE CANCELLATION BY BCRB:

BCRB may have to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, in which case BCRB's liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
